Event Guide

The 4th edition of the annual Rhythms on Da Runway came off last Saturday November 14, at the Underbridge East Legon . Seen previous editions of this great event, here is our little review and on how the night went .

Kudos to the organizers for putting such a spectacle. The recreation of a national monument (The Black Star Gate) really highlighted the theme ,concept and soul of the entire event . Sitting arrangement, the position of the band and Dj was also perfect as it made every eye ball on focus on stage .But one thing that nearly distorted the beauty was when at a point ,the number of patrons were more than seats available.

Rhythms On Da Runway is one event that is known for assembling top stars under one roof even on it runway and this year was no exception. Hosts for the night were broadcasters Nathaniel Attoh and Naa Ashorkor . In attendance was a galaxy of Ghana’s top stars and celebrated icons like,Freedom Caesar , Adebayor ,Stephen Appiah,Marcel Desally ,Joselyn Dumas ,Samini, Salma Mumin ,Elikem the tailor,Abrantie the gentleman ,Cookie T,Fiifi Coleman ,Mugeez,Fuse ODG and more .

Patch bay Band the official band on the night was fantastic on the night . Top and entertaining musical performances came from the likes of

(one of the fastest rising singers,a potential award winning act),

Kwabena Kwabena

From intro with the white female singer to the fusion with Dancehall act Samini made it refreshing .

With a lively band ,Epixode brought out serious energy from the dulled patrons and all who underrated him . Giving you refreshing performances off his repertoire and cementing his kingship on “Free styling “

A strong advocate of the Afrobeats genre ,Kelvynboy never gives a dull moment .

Kuami Eugene

No wonder he emerged as VGMA’s overall artist of the year. With Kuami Eugene on stage, entertainment is assured.

Ceccy Twum and MOG

The telepathy between these two proved why the gospel genre still reign even when other genres seems to be on top . Check our various social media handles for more performances

The theme for this year was strictly and 100% Ghanaian, therefore if you saw any design that caught your eye came from top Ghanaian designers like stephappgh, kobfashion, leboncollection, simabrew, katieo, carlos.collection, bvenaj, jayrayfashion, brushandsaccy, lawentaylorbyaha, tettehplahar, allurebylushlahai, nadreylaurent ,chocolateclothesglobal
